I would suggest using a warbird (wb) only if the other team has weak spiders (spids) or weak sharks. If the other team has decent spiders and sharks, even a great warbird will have a hard time helping their team win the game.
Strategies:There is no one right strategy for wb. The main focus for a lot of wbs is to target the enemy terrier (terr) and that is it. This strategy works if the other team is weak in spiders and sharks. However, I would suggest not only targeting the enemy terr but also pick off spiders and kill sharks prematurely (when they still have repels) when possible. This strategy will help your spiders and take some of the heat off your terr. A good wb knows when to push and focus on the enemy terr and when to play a little defensive and help their team out.
While the enemy team is attacking the flag room (fr), wbs also like to shoot through the holes at bottom of the fr where the enemy terr will be sitting trying to get in base. This allows the wb to get below the enemy sharks and if done right have an easier shot at the enemy terr. If a wb has some lag they can also use their lag to shoot through shark repels and either kill the shark prematurely or get a Tek (terr enemy kill) if lucky.
