The Warbird (wb) is a good ship for players new to Trench Wars. If you want to get a feel for the zone I suggest using this ship.
Strategies:Pub is a good place for new players to test different strategies out. Does rushing seem to work or is it better to stay back and shoot? The answer really depends on the enemy. Some players can't aim very well but can dodge well meaning the rushing strategy would probably be a good choice. However if the enemy can aim but can't dodge then use distant shots.
When playing against a spider be careful not to shoot and miss if you are in close range. Doing so will probably result in your death. Also, watch out for weasels (x) . If you see a blue dot on your radar but no ship then it is an x without its anti-radar on. They do this so their energy does not deplete.
